CHARIS, The St. Louis Women’s Chorus, is currently selling concert program ad space for our Fall 2025 concert, “Iridescent: A Colorful Tribute to Disco.” Framed as a playful 70s-style radio broadcast, this dazzling concert reflects the brilliance of disco—its unapologetic joy, fierce individuality, and deep-rooted sense of community. From Earth, Wind & Fire’s September to Diana Ross’s I’m Coming Out, ABBA’s glittering hits, and the joyful pulse of Boogie Wonderland, the chorus fills the stage with rhythm, resilience, and radiant harmony to celebrate disco’s roots in queer and BIPOC communities while embracing its lasting power to transform, uplift, and unite.
We perform at Kirkwood High School on November 22 and 23, 2025. The repertoire is diverse and will appeal to a broad audience of 400-500. We’ll stretch your advertising dollars by including your ad or logo at the beginning of our recorded concert where it will be seen by an even larger audience through on-line views. Advertisers who purchase full page ads will also receive a personalized “shout out” on social media.
CHARIS is a diverse group of singers united in our mission to perform music that celebrates and encourages women and the LGBTQIA+ community. Through musical excellence, we have been educating and inspiring the greater community about issues of social justice since 1993. We are supported by the Regional Arts Commission, the Missouri Arts Council, and the William A. Kerr Foundation, among others.

Program Specifications
CHARIS programs measure 5.5” wide x 8.5” high (folded 8.5” x 11” pages). We accept camera-ready ads in JPEG format with a minimum 300 DPI. (Ads with a lower DPI will not reproduce well). PDF’s are acceptable, but only if necessary. To ensure a high-quality program, all ads must be submitted electronically.

Submission Deadline
Ad graphics and payment must arrive by November 7, 2025 to be included in our fall concert program. Early submissions are greatly appreciated!
Need to purchase by mail?
Although digital is preferred, you can also purchase a program ad using regular old-fashioned mail. Please download and print the document below, then fill out the form on the second page. Mail your completed form and payment to the address listed on the form.
